Where AI is used
- Ideas and concepts: topic and angle suggestions based on your profile and your inspiration.
- Idea test: evaluation of your concept on 5 criteria and from 3 angles, before filming.
- Scripts: suggested sequences, hooks and rewordings.
- Video analysis: transcription, timestamped breakdown (hook, timeline, highlights) and reading of the image, voice, on-screen text and sound.
- Coach: answers to your questions and suggested actions, based on your confirmed profile and your project.
When you talk with the coach, you are talking with an AI system, not a person. Discover recommendations labelled as deterministic are computed by rules, without an AI model.
What it does not do
- It does not predict your views, your real retention or your virality. An analysis before posting identifies strengths and weaknesses; it does not know the future.
- It never publishes without your explicit approval.
- It never changes your video. Applying a suggestion changes your script, and only after you agree.
- It does not make up statistics: unavailable data is shown as unavailable, not as zero.
- An action suggested by the coach only adds a task to your plan, if you confirm it.
Observation, interpretation, suggestion
Every analysis separates what is seen in your video (observation), what is inferred from it (interpretation) and what you could change (suggestion), with timecodes, the evidence it relies on and its limits. You can check every observation yourself, and challenge an interpretation if it does not seem right.
Limits and possible errors
- A transcript may mishear a word, an accent or a proper name, or repeat itself; Flowers then flags the limitation instead of ignoring it.
- An analysis may miss a visual or audio element, or misread a deliberate effect.
- Generated text may contain an inaccurate or outdated statement, especially on technical topics.
- Advice remains general: it does not replace professional advice, particularly on health, finance or law.
The data used
To answer you, the AI relies only on what the task requires: depending on the case, frames extracted from your video, its audio track or transcript, your texts (brief, concept, script) and the profile elements you confirmed. The preferences Flowers suggests stay visible, editable and revocable in the app.
Our AI providers
- OpenAI (OpenAI Ireland Limited, Dublin): transcription of the audio of your videos (whisper-1 model).
- Anthropic (Anthropic Ireland, Limited, Dublin): analysis of frames extracted from your videos and of texts, generation of concepts, advice and coach replies.
They act as Flowers’ processors. Processing may take place in the United States, under the protection of the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses. Details are in the privacy policy.
No training on your videos
Your videos and texts are not used to train any AI model: not by Flowers, which does no model fine-tuning on your content, and not by our providers, which do not use data received through their API to train their models. They may keep it for up to 30 days to detect abuse, then delete it.
Always review what is generated
A script or caption suggested by Flowers is a draft. Read it, check the facts, adapt it to your voice. You remain the author of your video and solely responsible for what you publish.
“AI-generated content” labels
TikTok, Instagram and YouTube have their own rules on labelling content created or altered with AI, especially realistic images, voices or videos. If your video falls within them, it is up to you to turn on the label the platform provides. Check their current rules before posting.
Report an error
A wrong analysis, off-target advice, a problematic text? Report it from the app (profile → “Help & support”) or write to contact@getflowers.app, stating the screen concerned and, if possible, the timecode. These reports help us fix the product.
