Cookie policy

The Flowers website uses no cookies, no trackers and no audience measurement tools. That is why no consent banner is shown. The mobile app only uses the local storage it needs to work.

Current version · Last updated: October 21, 2026

A cookie, or tracker, is a file or identifier stored on or read from your device when you visit a website or use an app. Except where strictly necessary, the law requires your consent before it is used (Article 82 of the French Data Protection Act, implementing the ePrivacy Directive).

On this website: no cookies

  • No cookies, whether for audience measurement, advertising or social networks.
  • No pixels, tracking scripts, device fingerprinting or advertising identifiers.
  • No resources loaded from a third-party service: fonts and images are served by the website itself.
  • No forms: you have nothing to enter to browse the website.
  • The interactive demo runs entirely in your browser; nothing you type is saved or sent.

Why no banner is shown

A consent banner exists to collect your agreement before non-essential trackers are set. As the website uses none, there is nothing to accept or refuse.

Host technical logs

As for any website, the host’s server records technical logs for each request (IP address, date and time, requested page, browser, response code) to deliver pages, ensure security and diagnose errors. These are not cookies, and they are not used to measure audience or build profiles.

The website is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St, San Francisco, CA 94107, United States, phone +1 (650) 319-8930. These logs may be processed in the United States and are kept for at most 30 days; the transfer is covered by the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses.

Links to the App Store, Google Play or other websites take you away from Flowers. Those sites apply their own cookie policies.

In the mobile app

The app uses your phone’s storage to work: the session token in secure storage (Keychain or Keystore), preferences, drafts in progress and files waiting to be uploaded. This storage is strictly necessary for the service you request. The app contains no advertising trackers or third-party audience measurement tools. When you play a reference in Discover, the video is streamed by the platform’s official embedded player (for example YouTube): that platform may then set its own cookies and collect data under its own policy. Other processing is described in the privacy policy.

If this changes

If we ever decided to use cookies or trackers that are not strictly necessary, on the website or in the app, we would update this policy and ask for your prior consent, with the option to refuse as easily as to accept.
