Subscription terms

Flowers offers a single paid plan in three durations: monthly at €19.99, quarterly at €49.99 or yearly at €119.99 including VAT, with no free trial, purchased and paid through the App Store or Google Play. It renews automatically for the same duration and is cancelled in your store settings, with access remaining open until the end of the paid period. These terms supplement the terms of use.

Seller and provider

The Flowers service is provided by AVEC TROIS E, SAS with a share capital of EUR 100, 47 quai Carnot, 92210 Saint-Cloud, France, Nanterre RCS 914 595 657, EU VAT FR72914595657 — contact: contact@getflowers.app.

The purchase is made in the app through the store: Apple Distribution International Ltd for the App Store, Google Commerce Limited for Google Play. The store collects payment, issues the receipt and handles renewal, cancellation and refunds under its own terms.

The plan

The Flowers subscription gives access to all the app’s features for the subscribed period. There is no permanent free plan, no free trial and no team plan. Features announced as coming soon (publishing to networks, network results) are not part of the guaranteed characteristics until they are available.

Price

€19.99 per month, €49.99 per quarter or €119.99 per year, including all taxes, for a purchase from France. The app also shows, for information, the daily equivalent of each duration. The applicable price is the one shown in the App Store or Google Play at the time of purchase, in the currency of your store account; it may differ in other countries because of local taxes and the stores’ price tiers.

Ordering and payment

You subscribe in the app. Payment is charged by Apple or Google using the payment method linked to your store account. Flowers never has access to your payment details. The store sends you the receipt. Your access opens as soon as our server has verified the purchase with the store; you can restore it on a new device from the subscription screen.

Automatic renewal

The subscription renews automatically every month, for the same duration and at the current price, unless you cancel before the end of the current period within the time set by the store (for the App Store, at least 24 hours before renewal). The amount is charged by the store.

Cancellation

  • iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Flowers → Cancel Subscription.
  • Android: Google Play → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Flowers → Cancel.
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period. You keep access until then; no pro rata applies, unless the law provides otherwise.
  • Deleting the app or your Flowers account does not cancel the subscription.

Refunds

As payments are collected by Apple or Google, refund requests are made to the relevant store under its rules: for Apple, at reportaproblem.apple.com; for Google, from your Google Play order history. Flowers cannot issue refunds directly, but can help you with your request if needed. These rules do not deprive you of your statutory rights.

Right of withdrawal

Flowers is a digital service supplied on a continuous basis. Under Articles L221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, you have 14 days from the initial subscription to withdraw, without giving any reason. This right does not apply to monthly renewals.

Your access opens immediately, at your express request, before this period ends. If you then withdraw, you may have to pay an amount proportionate to the service provided until you communicated your decision (Article L221-25). In practice, the stores apply terms that may be more favourable.

  • App Store: from the purchase history of your Apple Account or at reportaproblem.apple.com, by choosing to withdraw the transaction; or by a statement sent to Apple Distribution International Ltd, Hollyhill Industrial Estate, Hollyhill, Cork, Ireland (rightofwithdrawal@apple.com).
  • Google Play: from your Google Play order history, or by contacting Google Play support.
  • You can also send us your decision at contact@getflowers.app: we pass on the request and help you obtain the refund, which is made by the store.
Model withdrawal form

To AVEC TROIS E, 47 quai Carnot, 92210 Saint-Cloud, France, contact@getflowers.app: I hereby give notice that I withdraw from my contract for the supply of the following service: Flowers subscription. Subscribed on: … Name: … Flowers account email address: … Store used (App Store or Google Play) and order ID: … Date: …

Price changes

If the subscription price changes, you are informed in advance by the store and in the app, before it applies to your next renewal. Where store rules require it, your agreement is requested; without it, the subscription does not renew. In all cases, you can cancel before the new price applies.

AVEC TROIS E must supply a digital service that conforms to the contract and to the consumer’s legitimate expectations, under Articles L224-25-12 et seq. of the French Consumer Code. For a service supplied continuously, this guarantee covers lack of conformity that appears throughout the supply period.

In case of a lack of conformity, you can ask for the service to be brought into conformity; if this is impossible, does not happen within a reasonable time, or if the defect is serious, you can obtain a price reduction or termination of the contract, under the conditions set by law. Report any defect to contact@getflowers.app.

Disputes

The rules on amicable settlement, consumer mediation and governing law are set out in the terms of use.
