The app’s files (videos, exports) are stored in the European Union jurisdiction of Cloudflare R2, the API and processing run in Railway’s European region (Amsterdam, Netherlands), and the database is hosted by Neon in the Amazon Web Services Europe region (Frankfurt, Germany). The website is served by Cloudflare’s global network, from the data centre closest to you. Where data is processed is detailed in the privacy policy.

Intellectual property

The structure of the website, its texts, interfaces and graphic elements, the Flowers name and logo, and the interactive demo are protected by the French Intellectual Property Code. They belong to AVEC TROIS E or are used with the permission of their owners.

Any reproduction, representation, adaptation or extraction, in whole or in part, without the prior written permission of AVEC TROIS E is prohibited, except within the limits allowed by law (in particular short quotations with the source stated).

The content you create or import in the app remains yours. The applicable rules are set out in the terms of use.

Third-party platform trademarks

TikTok, Instagram, Reels, YouTube and YouTube Shorts are trademarks of their respective owners. Apple, the Apple logo and App Store are trademarks of Apple Inc., registered in the U.S. and other countries. Google Play and the Google Play logo are trademarks of Google LLC. These trademarks are mentioned only to describe Flowers’ compatibility and features.

No affiliation

Flowers is an independent service. It is not affiliated with, endorsed, sponsored or approved by TikTok, Meta (Instagram), Google (YouTube) or Apple.

  • Archivo (The Archivo Project Authors) and Inter (The Inter Project Authors) typefaces: SIL Open Font License 1.1, served from this website.
  • Permanent Marker typeface (Font Diner, Inc.): Apache License 2.0, served from this website.
  • App Store and Google Play badges: provided by Apple and Google, used under their usage guidelines.
  • Instagram, TikTok and YouTube logos: provided by Meta, TikTok and Google in their official brand kits, used unmodified.
  • App screenshots: Flowers interfaces and sample content.
  • Other photographs and illustrations: created for Flowers or used with the permission of their owners.
  • “TikTok Videos (5.6 billion)” dataset, datasocial, CC BY-NC 4.0 licence (huggingface.co/datasets/datasocial/tiktok-5.6B-videos): used only for aggregate statistics, never redisplayed.

The website may link to third-party sites, including app stores. AVEC TROIS E does not control these sites and is not responsible for their content or their personal data practices.

Personal data and cookies

The website sets no cookies, uses no trackers or audience measurement tools and has no forms. How the app processes data is described in the privacy policy, and the absence of cookies on the website in the cookie policy.

Governing law

This notice is governed by French law. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence.
